2011 Ford Econoline Build
A beachy mermaid vibe for this surf van!
Day 1 of the project. All of this is coming out so it can be rebuilt better. The ceiling was falling down, the bed is so high you can barely roll over, and some of the lights are not even wired in. Time for a makeover!
The outside of the 2011 Ford low roof van. It's lifted, has a cool ladder and rooftop deck, and big tires. So cool!
The previous owner built out some of the van, but it wasn't what my client wanted, so we ripped it out to build what she wanted instead.
I was able to reuse some of the wood from the previous build, saving my client money on materials
When it starts to come together.
The bench/bed was designed specifically for a 10' longboard surfboard to fit underneath.
The flip up bed offers maximum room for surfboards underneath the bed, while offering up almost a full size bed when open.
A sunny and bright interior make the space feel larger
A small bar sink fit perfectly, giving this van the perfect spot to make coffee post surf (or anytime)!
Ahhhh! Time to relax after a surf!
